Photo Frames And Space

Photo frames are a method for helping you to display your memories. There are many types of them as you are sure to know. Just walking into a department store, you have plenty of options. But, when it comes to putting these frames up, do you go overboard? Do you space out your photos to create the right dimensions or just place one photo on a wall and call it done? Photos can be displayed in any way that you would like them to be. But, when you place them carefully, with a bit of attention to the details, the end result can be truly amazing.

What do you do? Here are some tips for using photo frames for the space that you have.

? Too many? One of the biggest mistakes that people make is having too many photo frames on a wall. You should have at least two inches of wall showing between each of your photos for it to look organized and neat. Overcrowding the area is not going to serve your needs well.

? Too few? A large wall calls for more than one photo. If you want a dramatic display on that wall in which only one picture is displayed, go for it. But, choose a large enough frame that can create the statement that you are after. Space out several photos in a variety of locations to help make the wall more intimate and comfortable.

? Sizes. Don?t be afraid to mix and match sizes with photo frames on one wall. Placing two larger frames in a diagonal can be enhanced with two smaller pictures placed in the opposite direction diagonally. Mixing up sizes creates interest in the wall.

Photo frames can make some of the most beautiful ways to display your memories. When you get the spacing right, you?ll love the end result.
